One experience in particular has stayed with me. When another vehicle T-boned my college-aged child in a different city, my State Farm staff was the first to make sure she was okay. That kind of personal concern meant a great deal to us, and it reinforced why we have stayed with State Farm for so many years.

Could I potentially find cheaper insurance somewhere else? Probably. But after more than 31 years, I’ve come to value something beyond the price of the policy: personal service, responsiveness, follow-up, and knowing that the people handling our insurance actually care about our family.

In an increasingly impersonal world, that kind of relationship is hard to put a price on. State Farm has been there through a lot of life’s milestones, and that history is a big part of why we intend to stay."
